The information collected is processed electronically to manage customers and orders. In accordance with the amended French Data Protection Act of 6 January 1978, you have a right of access to and rectification of the information concerning you. You can exercise this right through the contact form.
Emails. Subscribing to the inspiration emails (footer of the website) requires your explicit consent, confirmed by a link sent to your address; we keep your address and the dates of the subscription and of its confirmation until you unsubscribe. Account holders may also receive emails about their creations and ideas for new ones. The idea emails and the newsletter contain a link to stop receiving them. For each email, we record its delivery, its opening and the clicks, to measure the interest of our mailings.
5. Audience measurement
To know how the website is used and to improve it, ImaginEarth measures its audience with an in-house tool, with no third-party service and no advertising: pages viewed and time spent, origin of the visits (referring site, campaign links), type of device and browser, language and time zone, and the steps of creating and ordering an image (choice of product and size, order, start of payment).
No cookie is used and no IP address is recorded. A random identifier, specific to this website, is kept in your browser (local storage) for at most 13 months to recognise a later visit; if you are signed in to your account, the statistics may be linked to it. The data is hosted by Google Cloud (BigQuery) in the European Union, reserved for ImaginEarth, never sold or used for advertising, and deleted after 13 months.
