Terms and Conditions of Sale

This English translation is provided for information only: only the French version of these terms is legally binding.

1. Purpose

These terms govern the sale of posters and art prints by ImaginEarth(sole trader). Any order implies the buyer's unreserved acceptance of, and full adherence to, these terms.

2. Prices

The prices of our products are shown in euros including all taxes, unless stated otherwise and excluding handling and shipping costs. ImaginEarth reserves the right to change its prices at any time, but the product will be invoiced at the price in force when the order is confirmed.

3. Orders and personalisation

The contractual information is presented in French. Confirming the order constitutes acceptance of these terms.

Personalised products: most of our products are made to order. ImaginEarth cannot be held responsible for an error made by the customer in the personalisation.

4. Payment

Payment is made by card through the secure Stripe platform. The amount is charged when the order is confirmed.

5. Delivery

Products are delivered to the address given when ordering. The average delivery time is 10 working days. ImaginEarth cannot be held responsible for delays in transit.

Delivery is free in France. It costs €15 per order to Belgium, Switzerland, Germany, Spain, Italy and the United Kingdom, and €30 to the United States and Canada. The delivery country is chosen before payment; we do not deliver to other countries.

6. Withdrawal and cancellation

Cancellation before printing: if you wish to cancel your order, contact us immediately. If printing has not yet started, a full refund is possible.

Right of withdrawal: in accordance with article L.121-21-8 of the French Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal cannot be exercisedfor goods made to the consumer's specifications. Once printed and shipped, no return or refund will be accepted, except for a proven lack of conformity.
